Our Real Estate news update November 2023

Last month’s Meet the Team Night at “The Stables” was an enjoyable success, thanks to your presence and engagement.  We hope to make this an annual tradition to further strengthen our bond.  The venue is an absolute experience for our community, and we commend them on the efforts over the years to be able to present such a space.

Geoff Hay from Wellington Shire shared insightful updates on local council, including land releases. Our Property Management team earlier in the day benefited from a professional training session with industry experts Shane Stone and David Woolfall who also stayed to join us that evening, enhancing our service excellence, their knowledge and navigation of welfare in our current space.  Daniel Scarfo local valuer, Darren & Kingsley from NAB bank and Kim McMaster from Gippsland mortgage solutions attended and were able to meet the team.

As we approach the year’s end, we have experienced a great team providing another successful year in local real estate and we extend our thankyou for your trust and support.  Your confidence in our experience propels us forward.

A brief from the evening: “The local market still shows strength with sales remaining consistent.   The buyer demand has softened however still a shortage of stock in the median & lower price ranges.  In the last ¼ the breakdown of buyers are approx. 65% Owner occupiers, 25% investors 10% first home buyers.   Rental properties continue to have low days on market with solid enquiry.
