Property Management Update - Quarter 1 2022

We have warmly welcomed Will Postlethwaite and Tamika Fairgrieve as additional Property Managers to the team who have settled in well.   Our Property Management team is now a strong six full time Property Managers along with Team Leader Lisa Fisher, in addition we welcome back Emma Speekman returning to the business part time after two beautiful babies.

To ensure our Residential Rental Providers are continued to be looked after, our Property Managers attend regular training sessions along with internal weekly updates – in particular this month training was on the requirements around matters that are to be heard in the Magistrates Court.

Not only do we look after our Residential Rental Providers, but we also look after our Property Managers.  Last month we established weekly team building / support sessions and “Friday Funnies”. This is to build a culture of inclusion, unity, resilience, sprit, and strength within our team.

A new afterhours emergency service has been added to our company’s profile. This will allow for that extra piece of mind your investment is being cared for,

Our Stratford office is now manned for most parts of the week which is a testimate to the team to be able to work in a flexible environment providing more opportunities.

The Property Management Department continues to be a busy environment, the team working hard to ensure compliance under the new legislation, maintenance and maintaining minimal arrears along with assessment of investments to report any recommended property improvements and market growth to ensure you can maximise your return on investment.
