Julian McIvor

Julian, who has resided in Sale for the past 27 years, possesses a substantial wealth of local knowledge and expertise. His unwavering commitment to our community is evident through his 17-year tenure as the Advertising Manager with the local media advertiser, Gippsland Times. In addition, he has dedicated himself to various community roles, including coordinating a Men’s support network known as the ManUp Challenge Gippsland, contributing to the Sale Music Festival, and currently presiding over the Sale Business & Tourism Association.

A crucial aspect of any real estate transaction is effective communication and relationship building, ensuring a strong connection with a broad audience for promotion. Julian excels in this area, thanks to his active involvement in the community and his remarkable ability to connect and engage with people. Julian is a family man, married with two boys and a girl. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys playing the guitar and singing, spending quality time outdoors, exploring the Gippsland region with his family, engaging in basketball, and skateboarding with his children. Furthermore, he shares his passion for serving as a pastor at a local church with his family.
